It's been forever, but I wanted to write a quick thank you to Joe. He's so great! For my birthday he took me to Lavo, a hip place with giant meatballs, and to see The Phantom of The Opera in Vegas, which was the BEST version I've ever seen. Truly wonderful, I've been listening to the movie soundtrack and singing along since. We also ate dinner at Olive Garden with family and friend which was a blast.
Then for Valentines Day Joe brought me a big gorgeous bouquet of flowers, chocolate covered strawberries and took me to Texas Roadhouse. What a gentleman. He even made me a heart shaped sandwich for lunch that day.
We're living life to the fullest.
