Yesterday Joe picked me up from getting my hair done and he said that we were going to celebrate. I didn't even remember that it was our anniversary and when I did I thought it was the 14th. (In my defense, I didn't know you were supposed to celebrate this anniversary... major points for Joe). We went to Gloria's Little Italy (delicious) and then home where these gorgeous roses waited for me. Flowers are always my favorite. And that's not the best part. The entire apartment, which I had left a disaster after making candy corn mousse, was totally clean. I have the best husband, right?
The faces we both fell in love with. Happy Anniversary.

DAD: I just saw the CHEEEESSSEEEE CAKE again and it reminded me of the last julia cheesecake I had last thanksgiving. it was "delicious" with a very french accent. um um la la good!
