When Julia was younger she ran a cheesecake business. One of her favorite customers paid as much as $300 for her handmade cheesecakes. She even hand dips the chocolate covered strawberries, etc. If she loves you and the cream cheese is on super sale, you may one day taste a cheesecake a la Julia.

Wow that looks yummy!
RE-CI-PE!!! Or is it a family secret? SO pretty...
I cannot wait for thanksgiving...
i don't get excited over chocolate covered strawberries--they seem like such a messy way to eat my chocolate or my strawberries. but, something about the still perfection of these kept me looking long.
i'm a cherry cheesecake girl.
Sorry Metta, turns out it is a family recipe. I hope we get to meet up with you and Marcos sometime soon. He hasn't met my wife and neither have you...come visit!
Mom, in the past I have made cheesecakes with cherry mice on them. They are chocolate covered cherries with a hershey's kiss for a face and almonds for ears. The stem is the tail and I use sprinkles for the eyes and nose. People seemed to like them a lot. But I'm assuming you mean cherries and cherry juice on top.
